Most men were never taught how to process emotion — only how to suppress it. REAL STRENGTH REQUIRES SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
Built From Lived Experience.
Informed by lived experience and doctoral research in trauma and behavioral reform.
Richard’s work is informed by lived experience and years of focused study in trauma, behavioral patterns, and emotional regulation. Growing up in environments shaped by adversity forced him to confront emotional suppression early. Rather than avoid it, he chose to understand it. That decision became the foundation of his work with men today. He helps men identify inherited patterns, develop emotional discipline, and build leadership grounded in self-awareness rather than reaction. Divine Masculinity is the platform through which he extends that work — offering structure and clarity for men willing to take responsibility for their growth.
Formerly incarcerated.
Now a PhD candidate and national reform leader.
He moved from incarceration to doctoral scholarship and national leadership in criminal justice reform — building a reputation for clarity, discipline, and structural thinking. Today, he works with men who want strength without emotional disconnection — grounding leadership in awareness rather than reaction.
